The purpose of a tag management audit and optimization project is to investigate and document the current tag management implementation (including 3rd party services) and digital analytics setup. We will subsequently identify possible optimizations based on proven best practices and recently released features and document these for post audit optimization tasks.

PROJECT DELIVERABLE

A document outlining the overal score/status of the tag management and digital analytics implementation as well as a list of recommended optimization tasks. The list of tasks will include the purpose of the optimization, possible effects on data and an indication of the time needed to complete it. Scope and client account size and number of 3rd party services used will have an effect on the amount of time needed to complete an audit.

POST AUDIT OPTIMIZATION

The goal of a post audit optimization is to perform the client approved optimizations recommended in the audit. The number and complexity of the recommended optimizations, including the desired approach, will have an effect on the amount of time needed to complete an audit.

PROJECT DELIVERABLE

An overview of completed tasks. The overview will include, per task, a description of how the task was completed and, where possible, show an example of the generated results.
